The Event shall be known as the ARC Pre Season Test, hereinafter referred to as "the Event". The Event is to be conducted at Kowen Forests Canberra, ACT on the 11th March 2025.

The Competitor and Driver must hold a minimum Motorsport Australia Rally License. The Driver must hold a current civil driver’s license. No person may participate in any testing or practice activity without wearing a helmet to a standard listed in Schedule D of the Motorsport Australia Manual, and other apparel for Special Stage rallies as outlined in Schedule D. Penalty for non-compliance will be Disqualification.
All vehicles must comply with the provisions of Schedule NRSR VG and one of the rally categories outlined in the Motorsport Australia Manual. Rollover protection in accordance with Schedule J is required.
Crews are to present the following documentation electronically prior to the event.
• Motorsport Australia license
• Motorsport Australia logbook
• Civil License (for the Driver)
• Vehicle Registration
The Organiser reserves the right to abandon, postpone or stop the Event in accordance with the NCR.
