Dean Ridge has clinched victory at the 2025 Bega Valley Rally

Piloting his Ford Fiesta to a commanding win on the challenging gravel stages of New South Wales' Sapphire Coast. The rally, held on June 7–8, 2025, featured over 200 km of competitive stages, including night stages and a scenic route through the Bega Valley and Eden regions.

Ridge's performance was a standout, securing first place outright. His consistent pace and strategic driving were evident as he navigated the diverse stages, which ranged from flowing gravel roads to tight, technical shire sections.

Nathan Quinn, driving his Mazda RX-2, secured second place overall. Quinn, a seasoned competitor with a history of strong performances in the Bega Valley Rally, showcased his skill and experience throughout the event. His efforts were particularly notable given the rally's demanding conditions and the presence of formidable competitors.

Completing the podium was Claudy Murray in his Datsun 1600, who finished third overall. Murray's achievement is significant, as the Datsun 1600 is a classic rally car that continues to perform competitively against modern machinery.
